		<description>Thanks man. I appreciate it. It actually started as a rant I wrote to the recruiter of my ad agency. We posted a job for an interactive art director. And I didn&#039;t think the description of the job made any sense. So I started poking around. If you&#039;ve seen something like it, I&#039;d like to know where. The traditional ad industry is trying to figure this out.</description>
